This is a wonderful story, told in rhyme, by Elizabeth Cole. It’s about a boy named Nick who who falls the first time he tries his new skates. Dad and Mom share their own experiences and how they didn’t give up trying new endeavors. Eventually, Nick finds success after following his parents’s advice with gaining confidence along the way. This is a great book with a positive message about perseverance.
