Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine's and read legit reviews before I buy anything new. This is a good plastic-free, portable form of mouthwash. Pop one or two tablets in your mouth, chew well, add a little water if your mouth is particularly dry (mine is), swish, and spit. That's it.
